HOW WE WORK
A project does not always begin with a clear plan. It may start with an important need, a funding opportunity, an urgent problem or an initiative that has become difficult to move forward.
WePM helps define the project - clarifying what needs to be achieved, what decisions must be made and what is required to move from intention to action.
